JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: I don't know you tell me. I'm very upset at Yahoo!!! I can't log in to check my emails for some reason Yahoo is telling me my Password ***** ***** valid. So they ask me to get an key account.. or account and when I type it in to log on it tells me it's NOT VALID!! I've been trying to log on via Yahoo's instructions and it's NOT working. Everything has been fine until last night.. what the heck is happening with Yahoo??? It's an HP.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Nothing.. I haven't changed anything.. Yahoo did for some reason.. probably to piss us all off! Some of my friends at their office are having trouble with their yahoo account also.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I don't know what the "expert" is going to need with this problem, except what I've written.. I think it was pretty clear.
