I use the table function to make a simple table of 4 columns. In the left column I put today's date. The other three columns contain my list of To Dos for the day. I type those in ALL CAPS. As I accomplish my to dos, I retype each task in small letters.
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: Toshiba.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: If they installed themselves automatically.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No.

To continue the above. Sometimes I make a mistake. Apparently I got into the bad habit of clicking on the second icon which I will call "undo" to backtrack and erase my mistake. Recently, when I click on this icon my entire table seems to be scrambled with columns going off the page to the right. Also, I think that I no longer have the "undo" icon. It is a dimly lite something else. Please (1) get me going again and (2) tell me what I'm doing wrong - there must be a better way.
