Is the error code showing any numbers at all?
Ok please remove all Cartridges and reseat them and restart the printer.
Ok when last did you replace the Cartridges?

You did remove the tape that protects its electrical contacts and ink nozzles?
And you did remove the tape correct?
Can you take one of your old ones and shake it a little bit and swap it with one that's currently installed just to test.
Yes so it's actually showing all cartridges as empty
Can you please check what is the warranty dates on the new cartridges?
