I'm having problems reinstalling a program. I keep getting a 1603 error message regarding a file Xceed.dll or something like that.
JA: Just to clarify, how often have you been getting this particular message?
Customer: Only on an occasion when the program no longer communicates correctly with the end server, they advise that you should uninstall the program and reinstall it in order to re-index the program
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Some driver support updates from Micro and an Itunes update
