it tells me my info is wrong. I change my password, then go to log in and it says thats not the login name I JUST CHOSE
JA: Have you tried having password ***** directions emailed to you?
Customer: 3 times so far today
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Yeah I used it once before. Pearl. When I try to use it I get booted out. I also supposedly have 2 email addresses.***@******.*** and***@******.*** . Where do we go next?

No. Its not my computer, I don't own it. Why would Skype not recognize a password. Is there a delay on password *****?
