No problem with my computer but I keep getting messages that my Kaspersky surcity has expired and I just purchased it when I set up my contact with the Geek Squad, for 3 years, about 2 months ago...can we fix that. Thanks. *****: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: Windows 10...Toshiba(where do I go to look for model?)....it's a laptop.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Have been away for 3 weeks and there has been no activity on it.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: The only other thing that was different was that the HP printer registered as being off line and then suddenly was back on but printed with a vertical line about 2/3 rd's down thru the pic I wanted to copy.
