I have Microsoft 10, and all of a sudden l am getting a "class not registered" error when l try to open pdf's
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your computer? And what operating system are you running?
Customer: I have a Toshiba, I think it is Microsoft 10 but how do l check this
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: not that l know of, icloud renewed but that's it
