JA: What kind of computer do you have?

JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: NO
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I want to make a phone call but I can not it says a have no fond for internacional call but i did have more than $40.00 dollars that I never used
