When I'm trying to write email messages, the computer response is extremely slow. I did view a video earlier today on Facebook. When I checked Task Manager, it showed that most of the activity was in Adobe Flash Player.
JA: When did you last use the account?
Customer: I suppose I used Adobe earlier today when I viewed a video someone had posted.
JA: What's the brand/model/Operating System (OS) of your computer?
Customer: Toshiba Satellite C55-A, almost 3 years old now.
JA: When did you purchase your computer? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I've been having a variety of problems with this computer over the last six months, pretty sure it has some bad blocks. Have found it necessary to try various fixes over the last 3 months with some success. Do yu work for Adobe?
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No, I'm only looking for a way to get Adobe to stop slowing my machine down.
