We have toshiba satellite l655-s5096 model serial 8A207169W

Technician's Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?

No we tried to burn a cd and ;poff; it went blank

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?

I received /purchased about 6months ago a toshiba stick but it will not reboot it gives error f3-f100-0003

Correct: Remote Control service is impossible if the computer in question is not bootable.
