JA: Just to clarify, how often have you been getting this particular message?
Customer: Every time I open any file I get: This product is locked, Changes cannot be saved, [315]. This product requires minor repairs, then I click on Repair It. I do not know how to unlock it.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: We have Quarkexpress 2016, and when I try to update I get this message: Backround Intelligent Transfer Service Is Not Running, Restart In The Services Control Panel And Try Again. I do not know how to do this
