forgot password ***** week ago and haven't been able to get back, is it necessary to junk my trancfone?
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: There appears to be confusion, i signed one with***@******.*** didn't have a password ***** a month or two-bit bought some minutes and password ***** up was thinking to get rid of itbut paid no attention to what i'd used for password.All this trouble, plus can hardly read due to dark screen.
JA: PayPal, Debitcard or credit card are all fine.
Customer: Pearl,have you responded Re: PayPal Etc or not?
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Are you talking about connect to trancfone or computer?
