I am trying to register a new SkyCaddie watch. We alreadyhave a membership Maryjh password ***** we purchased this watchDec 29th and said to register before 31 days which I did. After 31 days he cannot use the watch. says it is not registered. When I try to register it now I have this problem. It says I have to download caddie sync. then ihave to start it. It just goes around and around saying it isn't downloaded. Please help I have spent so much time on this. I always have peoblems when ibought the membership that is good on another sky caddie years ago.

Customer: on skycaddie when it asked for them
