Sir since you cannot login to windows 10 i cannot do remote support and fix it because to remote support to work you need access to windows and working internet connection.
When will you be back from your Dr appt and are you using a microsoft online account or local user account to login to windows 10?
I am confused are you able to get past the windows 10 sign in to get the windows desktop screen with start menu and icons?
