how do I send email photos I am 76 yr. old annd dont know much about this stuff
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: Outlook 2013
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: who knows The computer recently installed windows 10
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I have tried a bunch of stuff with no luck

Hi there, I am Cris and will be glad to assist you.

  1. In Outlook compose a new email.
  2. At the top you will see Attach File, click on it.
  3. A drop menu will appear, click on "Browse PC".
  4. The browse window will appear, now you will have to navigate to where the picture is saved.
  5. I would assume that the file is in my pictures folder. Once you locate click on it and click Attach.
  6. Now you can send the email with attached file.
