hi, I have had a terrible time changing by password, I follow the directions and still no conclusion.
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: some time ago, I cant change by user name its on by business card, I have try to change password ***** I have go thru the directions and no cigar, they sent me a code thru my phone and the computer wont take it.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: All this happened in Sept and Dec and yahoo indicated change your password ***** will not allow me to,I have been a customer since 1992 and I depend on my yahoo, I don't want to go to gmail, all my associates states gmail is better. I don't know.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: just I want to go back to my emails I have two from yahoo,***@******.******@******.*** I have never never had this problem before. my #(###) ###-####
