My email account keeps popping up that there's an error on sign in! I took this Amazon Fire to a default reset today & am having continual problems! My hacker is still onboard & I need help, please.
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using for this account?
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: yes I've changed the password & had to totally reset today.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: When it asks for reset there is a weird symbol next to it!
