It isn't my computer I'm having problems with. It is getting into my email. I don't get prompted when I access my email on my IPad , however if I try to access my email at another computer I do get prompted for a password. There are only two passwords I ever use and neither works so I need to reset it.
JA: How old is your iPad, and what model are you using?
Customer: My IPad is about three years old and is an Apple
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No I just need to reset my password ***** I can access a document on. Y sisters computers!

Te iPad and mobile devices store the password ***** them which is why you do not need to enter them, but for the computer this is required

If you forgot the password ***** use my link below to reset it

https://edit.yahoo.com/forgotroot

Once done, you can then use this new password ***** sign into your account
