I can't seem to print W-2/W-3 forms. Can you help?
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: Dell desktop
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I think so
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: We are a 501(c)3 church and have ministers with no SS withholding. The system will not allow us to insert "0" in the space provided.

Are you able to print the form with the space for withholding left blank?

I am unable to print anything. Because we have ministers who don't pay in to Social Security, there are blanks in that column, but I keep getting an error message that "0" is not an acceptable response.

What software program are you using to print the forms?

Byron, to the best of my memory, we had the same issue last year and when we contacted Sage they remotely accessed our computer and fixed the problem. Now we have the same issue again. By the way, we have a contract with Sage and are allowed two contacts per year free of charge. Does this apply?
I tried 0.00 and I could not enter it.
