purchased a new lap top a couple months ago...mymwife has a very important system that we use daily to log care for two handicapped people we assist...the program will not function properly,,,meaning when it get to a certain point it will not perform the function...we got office 365 with this laptop but it never was installed and we lost the disk,,,would that cause this

Customer: when we first got it we had the free virus installed...that's all
