I am trying to type in my vault password ***** it keeps telling me its wrong and I know its right so how can I change it.
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: not sure but it could have been when I installed the new Norton protection last year sometime.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: yes I have cant remember when but it wasn't that long ago

It is difficult to see what is going wrong when I cannot see the steps you are taking.
