JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: user name not changed. fifteen minutes ago changed password ***** phone and found new password *****
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no, but setting up new (first time user) iPhone today and couldn't get what i thought was old password ***** work but do hav verification code
