okay, you will need to reset the tablet.

  1. Start by turning off the tablet by holding down the Power key for a short while.
  2. Afterwards hold down together the Volume Down and Power button for a couple of seconds.
  3. You may scroll here by using the Volume buttons and confirm options by pressing Power rocker.
  4. choose wipe data/factory reset
