JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: As us Q524UQ-BBl
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No unless it was done automatically with Windows 10
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I have called Asus today and they told me to unplug it hold the power button in for 45 secs then put the power back on and try to turn it on as normal, but that didn't work and they want me to send it in for a technician to work on it. However I am now living in Mexico and can't be without a computer for that long.. Sending it back to the us etc etc.. Thought this expert might help?

I'm sorry about the issue, First try disconnecting any external displays including projectors and monitors to make sure they're not stopping your laptop from booting into Windows, remove any CD or DVD from the CD/DVD reader.
