My husband, Lenhart ([email protected]) purchased Office

Customer Question

My husband, Dennis Lenhart (*****@******.***) purchased Office 365 and installed it on his computer. We then installed it on my computer (I am Carol Lenhart,***@******.***). However, when I try to open Outlook, it asks for a password ***** MicrosoftAccount\*****@******.***. Nothing I try (including the equivalent of what my husband used for his computer) will work. It gives me no idea how to get around this.
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: Today.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Yes, as I indicated originally - we just installed Office 365.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
