I can't get my computer to run the recovery back to factory condition
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: HP G62-144Dx Notebook
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Windows 10, which was a mistake to up grade to
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: For about a month
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: This is not for the printer the problem is the computer I would like to set it back to factory condition

Hello my name is ***** ***** I'll be happy to assist you. If you upgraded it to 10 you may have erased the factory image that was on the PC. You would normally access it by turning the PC on while tapping the F11 key What shows on the screen when you do this?

If you can't access it then it was probably deleted during the upgrade. You can download Windows 7 iso to make a bootable Windows 7 install disc from here:

You will need your product key which should be attached to the bottom of the PC or in the slot where the battery goes.
