I have forgotten my password ***** my email. I'm using my iPad and iPhone to try to reset/change it, I fill out the form/questions then I'm supposed to get a code and I never receive the code..
JA: How old is your iPad, and what model are you using?
Customer: It's new iPad Pro
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I don't have the email on my iPad it's on my iPhone 6. I've been using the iPad to find out any info how to change the password
