I can't remember my Microsoft account password. And what ever I try doesn't seem to work.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your computer? And what operating system are you running?
Customer: Computer is an HP slim desktop 410-010 operating on Windows 10
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I purchased the computer about 3 months ago and have not used it since. A few days I signed on and I believe it updated to the current version of Windows 10.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I'm able to use the computer for email, but not the Office products of Xcel or Word.
