It is not my computer it is my internet. I am not able to connect to my internet without unplugging the router and plugging it back in and then put the password ***** Also the signal strength is also very low. I am not the only person in the household that has this issue.
JA: Have you tried "power cycling" your router -- unplugging it and letting it rest for about ten seconds?
Customer: Yes that is what I have to do to connect to the internet. It is very inconvenient to have to plug and unplug the computer. My husband can connect with no problem but most of the time when I am on any of my devices I have to unplug and plug to get to connect. That is just not what I am wanting to do.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: The slow connection is very frustrating.
