OK, reset your chrome browser, click on the icon which looks like three small dots stacked top right of the window.
From the drop down click on Settings, in the Settings box Click on "Show Advanced Settings".
Scroll all the way to the bottom and click on "Reset". The browser will reset, then open it back up and try to re-download Shockwave Flash player.
