I play Farmville on facebook. I deleted my browsing history yesterday and now it will not load. Shockwave Flash Player keeps crashing.
JA: When did you last use the account?
Customer: This morning.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I installed the Shockwave Flash Player yesterday after Farmville would not load.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Not that I can think of.

OK, reset your chrome browser, click on the icon which looks like three small dots stacked top right of the window.

From the drop down click on Settings, in the Settings box Click on "Show Advanced Settings".

Scroll all the way to the bottom and click on "Reset". The browser will reset, then open it back up and try to re-download Shockwave Flash player.
