Customer Question

My husband received a call from an individual supposedly working for a company connected to Microsoft and was told that our computer antivirus protection was not working. That our computer was open for hacking and this individual was able to tell this by a light on his website. He wanted to walk my husband through how to correct this situation. I personally feel this is an attempt to hack our computer, but wanted to check if this was actually a legitimate call.
