I have a full email inbox, and its a long story. My question is how do I archive messages to where I can get them again if I need them. It has to do with litigation. I have been going thru and deleting but its over 45,000 messages, and if there is an easier way to achieve them and start 2017 from scratch, that would be my preference. Thank you,

Customer: gmail, and cox
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Periodically but not recently

Customer: Yes, I am not getting messages thru to my significant other, but that may be part of the issue with my email being so full

what email program are you using ?

if it is something like outlook you can do it pretty easily if not quickly for that many messages

if it is an online program not so much.
