Hi. My name is***** you for your question and the opportunity to assist.

With the router powered on hold down the reset button on the back using a pen or other pointed

object and release. This will reload the firmware and hopefully set it to English.

If you have the page in Arabic open you'll likely need to refresh it after the reset.

Not going to happen right now. I have the documentation on a disk. Want to read it. How do I change this information to English. Also, want to understand how to setup the router before I tru. Makes sense to me because I could not be talking to you on the internet with the new router not being setup. Still using the old until I get the documentation in a format I understand.

Is your model number EA9500 ?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
Also, I want my money back! Why should I pay for support for something I have not used at this time. Right now I have paid $40.00 for something that, I believe, should not be a problem.

Check that, the box states AC5400, the device states EA9500.
What is going on?
Expert:  Byron replied 6 months ago.

AC5400 is a speed designation and not a model number.

OK; understand.

Even your documentation at is NOT in English. Believe it is Aribic.

I saw that.
