I put in a micro soft office disc and cant get it to download. also cant figure out how I got the door to open to start with . can you help me . its a serial # R303T53A

Thank you. In the taskbar at the bottom of the screen click the yellow icon that looks like a file folder.

From the menu on the left select This PC.

On the right side of the screen you'll see your DVD drive.

Right-click on it and the drive tray should open allowing you to insert your disk.
