I am almost sure I am using the correct password ***** google but it keeps telling me it wrong
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: can't remember, I am thinking long time ago
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: This is a new computer and just starting to use it so just trying to get it started
