Hello my name is ***** ***** I'll be happy to assist you with this. I have many years working on these Acer laptops. If you're getting 19v at the switch on the motherboard then there are only 2 things that could be wrong. The battery or the motherboard. You can pull the battery out and try powering it up with only the power adapter installed. A shorted battery will prevent it from coming on. If that's not the problem then it will the motherboard.
