A few things that I didn't know anything about. #1- I was on Skype on got a small inner screen that asked me if I wanted to change language from one to the other, which I never heard of either one OR go back to my original setting? Had no idea what the original setting was, so I chose the lessor of 2 evils, then all of a sudden, everything was in a language that I know nothing from anything?
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: A Asus laptop
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Was having many problems with Pamela for Skype, so I took their advice and upgraded to a higher level that seemed to fix most of the problems that they said would happen.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Today for the 1st time on my outlook.live.com email account I been getting a lot of........ This site can’t be reached
outlook.live.com’s server DNS address could not be found.
Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.

You can flush your dns

Open command prompt with admin rights and type in the following

ipconfig /flushdns and hit enter

ipconfig /registerdns and hit enter

Now test agian - if it still fails we need to check your dns settings.
