Why am I getting the daily message to fix my apps or my other devices may not work. I don't understand how to do this or exactly what it means.??
JA: What kind of computer do you have? What confuses you?
Customer: I have a Dell Inspiron laptop, a ,Kindle that I hardly ever use and BN Nook which I never use.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: only on the computer, However I had a tech support person from nishkultechnologies help me get me because i did want to use my Kindle , however it needed to have a password, so they were supposed to be able to help. Well they helped and who knows what else they did.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Is this going to cost me money?
