For Online Computer Support, Ask a Computer Technician
Hi. My name is***** you for your question and the opportunity to assist. It sounds like the dangerous program
Regutilites may have messed up your computer. See if you can fix it by doing this:
Right-click on the start menu button and select Run.
The Run box will open.
In the text area type: rstrui.exe and click OK.
System Restore will open. Click Next. Put a checkmark in the box that says "Show more restore points"
if you see it.
You'll see a list of restore dates. Select the latest one prior to this issue starting.
Click Next and then Finish and run the restore. This won't affect your data files or programs
and it should set the Windows system files back to the way they were when the start button was working.
Let me know the result please.
