i cant get imy outlook to work as the password ***** ***** correct anymore. Any ideas
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: about 1 year. i have my emails on my phone and i can log in through the internet so its just a pain.
JA: What's the brand/model/Operating System (OS) of your computer?
Customer: HP Spectre windows 10
JA: When did you purchase your HP? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: its about 18 months old and i tried initiating admin privliges and was thinking about taking the pop3 off but i know it doesnt work like that. i tried uninstalling and reinstalling. out of my league.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
