JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: HP desktop running Windows 8
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no, but Windows suggested I reset password. I did and have been unable to get past the password *****
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I have tried to use a commercial product, but it does not work or I do not understand how to load it
