HI I would like to remove vista and install my new windows 10 not sure how to do that
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?
Customer: I have had it for a few years but I am not real good at tech work
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?

unfortunately you can't upgrade from Windows Vista to Windows 10. Only Windows 7 and Windows 8 can be upgraded to Windows 10. you need to buy Windows 10 installation disc, once you buy it, please do a backup of your data (you can use an external Hard drive for example) and reinstall windows 10.

I already bought the windows 10 disc did the back up and so trying to figure out how to get rid of vista and put on my new one
