Customer Question

I am calling about an Acer Monitor model # G276HL. I've had it about a year and am finally getting around to trying to hook it up to my Apple Air lap top. All the cords appear to be for a desk top comuter. What should I do?
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your Acer? And what operating system are you running?
Customer: I am looking now. Please give me a minute.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: The problem is that the model is a 27" acer G276HL. When we bought it we told the clerk that it was for use with an apple air and an apple Macbook pro. None of the cords fit our computers. They seem to be for a Windows desk top system.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Are there adapters available?

Hi, my name is ***** ***** welcome to JustAnswer!

This could be a case of the monitor not having the correct input for the laptop.

Do you know what video port your laptop uses?
