The internet on my tablet has stopped. The error message indicates no wifi connection. But modem is on and apparently working.

Customer: Just began tonight. Had earlier issue with slow internet. Called "888" phone number. Technician changed frequency. everything working fine. Then this...
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: The internet on my tablet -- Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 -- has been deteriorating. Last couple of days, I could not get anything to work. Changing frequency seemed to help, but now the tablet appears unable to link to wifi.
