I keep getting messages that there is a long script that does not allow xfinity to respond! What is this all about and why?
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: Dell desk top
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Only when they interfere with the closing in the evening.

Does this issue occur only when you go to the xfinity / comcast website?

Is the internet currently working fine on your computer?
