I have a Google Website that is a Counselor Blog and my hits to my website have increased. I am interested in having an analytic that would tell me where the hits are originating. I have heard that Google has a Google Map that shows locations. Looking for info on this kind of information.

Hi there and welcome

What you have from google is a service called Google Analytic which shows you all this information.

To use this, first create a Analytics account which you can do on my link below

Then you set up a property which is an entry for your site, this you can do via the instructions on this link

Once done, you need to add a tracking code to your site, the instructions to do so you can follow here

Note it takes about 24 hours for data to start being collected but then you can seeing a host of data about the hits to your site.

If you would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.

Else if you can take a second to rate my service by clicking one of the stars at the top of the screen then submit, that would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you
