I am always asked to save before I can print anything and then I can't print it anyway. Very frustrating.
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: Asus
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No it is brand new and I haven't been happy with the Windows 10. I have Asus before and love it but not this new setup.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Not at this time that I can think of.

I'm sorry about the issue. Were you able to print on this new Asus computer previously?

What's the model of your printer?

Does this issue occur when printing a document, a web page, a picture, etc.? Or does it occur when printing anything?

Were you able to download / install the printer's driver / software yet?

What's your Internet browser program, such as Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, etc.?
