As you do not have any recovery device the only solution to solve this problem is resetting the PC to factory defaults, please let me know if you want to try that ?

I lose all files correct?
Expert:  Sudipto replied 8 months ago.

Unfortunately, yes. That is why everyone is advised to make a recovery disc, as soon as they buy the PC.

this is my only option

If you have any other PC then, you can try to make a bootable flash drive with Windows 10 and then, you can use to repair this laptop. Do you have any other PC ?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.

OK, please wait until it is finished and follow the onscreen instructions and do remember to make a recovery disc this time, so that you can use that disc in the future , which can solve this type of problem and save your data.
