how do I erase windows 10 and go back to using windows 7 originally installed on my computer?
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your computer? What version of Windows are you running?
Customer: EliteBook 6930. I am currently using a 'free' download of windows 10.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: it automatically downloaded updates twice a few months ago.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I just want to uninstall windows 10 and reactivate windows 7 and reinstall internet explorer.

Hello and welcome.

How long ago did you upgrade to Windows 10?

Were you able to get that screen up?

What happened when you pressed F11?

Make sure you press it as soon as the computer is being powered on and whilst it's powering on so it takes you to the correct screen.
