I cannot retrieve my account (2 days) I do not understand why they are not texting new code to my mobile
JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: I cannot get a live help anywhere and the "secret questions" that they post are simply regarding date of set up. I have received no emails with codes because nothin is getting through
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Yes at google's demand

U nless you are a paying business google apps member, google doesnt have a live help department.
